Their equipment to replace roofs is amazing and most of all helps those men on the roof be safe and not take risks. There is not a tool out of place on their immaculate trucks. This thank you is long overdue. Installing a new roof is no small task and hiring the right contractor can make all the difference. We obtained three estimates, all close in price. Your estimate was delivered to our door showing each and every step of the replacement, the cost for each and product information to help us make our decision. You even included a worst case scenario not knowing the condition of the plywood under our old shingles. When we had to reschedule you provided several new start dates immediately. Your crew arrived on time and completed the work in the time stated, even with rain one morning. The clean-up was remarkable. I don’t think we ever found a nail lying around after the job. Your men were courteous and you should be proud of them. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service they need to call Gouker Roofing.

Craig and his crew were nothing but courteous from the time I first discussed needing a roof. Craig called me promptly after leaving a message and arrived on the exact time he told be he would.. (A breath of fresh air from most contractors)
I explained what I was looking to do, and he gave me some great suggestions that helped a lot! He explained what materials were going to be used on my entire job and why. He also explained the entire process from the start of the job to the end and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed.
Once the job started, i couldn't believe the type of equipment they had and the crew that was doing my job! Ryan, Ron and Joe and the rest of the crew were all polite, professional and hard working men. Ryan led the job and did everything as if it were his own house. The whole crew had a great work ethic from start to the end of the job, never sacrificing quality.
We built our own home 30 years ago with the help from our families, which were contractors at the time, and Craig, Ryan and the entire crew exceeded our quality on our home. If Craig Gouker Roofing does your work, you will not be disappointed!

Your roofing team just pulled away from my house on Bonnie Dell (South Park) and I didn’t want to waste a minute to let you know how pleased I am with my finished product. The new shingles (Storm Cloud) look great and sure brings out the curb appeal of my home – I love it!
However, more importantly I just can’t think of enough good things to say about your employees: Ryan, Ron (Squirrel), Jim, Rickey, Justin, Mike, Joe, Travis, Matt, Zach, Levi, Eric.
The crew are true professionals – efficient, hardworking, courteous and just nice guys. Even with the damp, chilly weather over the past 2 ¼ days I totally enjoyed having them around – watching each of them off doing their assignments - never stopping even when the wind or rain came. The way they approached final site clean-up was truly a testament to the pride they take in their work. Craig, I know how hard it is to find good workers these days, but trust me when I tell you – that you will never need to worry about any of them tarnishing the reputation of Craig Gouker Roofing.
